The Cerebral Palsy Children’s Association of Penang is a non profit organisation providing therapy and special educational services to children with cerebral palsy in and around the state of Penang. The association was born in august 1962 as a result of actions taken by concerned members of Penang Rotary Club who were also responsible for the initial functioning and organisation of the centre.
