About Us - Vision & Mission

Vision
To establish The Cerebral Palsy Children’s Association of Penang as a centre of excellence in the state and later to cater for the needs of cerebral palsy in Northern Malaysia and then for the rest of the country which requires our assistance.

Mission
To harness all available qualified personnel locally and internationally so as to provide the best habilitation services and special education for our children in order that they can be integrated speedily into the community.
